Plank Yoga Mat Carrier: I've wanted to do yoga for sometime now and have never really stuck with it. I bought this cool case of cards that shows yoga poses and then got a DVD thinking all this would help motivate me - but it hasn't. However, I think if I buy this Yoga Mat Carrier by Plank that will do the trick! For those who actually do yoga, you may get more use out of it than me. I love the bright colors that it comes in. It features an adjustable strap, an interior zippered pocket and side snap pockets for the little things. Price: $200.
Bonnie Hedden Watermelon Slices Earrings: I'm an addict for hoop earrings. They are my go to earring when I feel like nothing else is working. But I came across these Watermelon Slices (love the name!) and have found my new go-to pair. They are made of sterling silver and hammered to create the flattened effect. I love the geometric shapes found in these and know they would look great with any outfit. They measure at 1" long. Put in "holiday promo" in the voucher box when you check out to receive free shipping. Price $56.
LAI Clutch: Funky elegance is what comes to mind when I see this Clutch by LAI. I love the vibrant color and especially the geometric pattern that the crocodile leather beautifully showcases. Sorry to the animal right activists out there! The interior is lined with chocolate brown leather - which is such a great contrast. A luxurious accessory that could be worn with anything (both dressy and casual days) and will last for many years. Bag Dimensions: 11" W x 5 1/2" H. Sale Price: $525.
Vivre Watch: Although made for a man, I really love the trendy yet timeless appeal. Depending on your wrist size, the 1 3/8 square may or may not work. But, I have skinny wrist and love big face watches so it doesn't bother me. The shiny stainless steel and plastic face along with the array of colorful leather straps add some punch to a usually subdued timepiece. You can choose from red, pink, orange, white or black. Strap adjusts from 6 ½ to 8 inches. Price: $250.
Pelle Military Belt: It took me some time to like the whole bag/belt look, but I’ve come to really like the overall look and in terms of functionality, it scores very high. To walk around the city of brotherly love without worrying about holding onto my extra large handbag is priceless. I am a fast walker (well really more inpatient towards the less focused walkers) and I would be able to zip through crowds with the best of them in this extra chic Military Belt by Linea Pelle. Just store the essential credit cards, license and throw your cell phone in your pocket - and strut in style. Price: $217.
Yosca Bird Necklace: This silver metal bird necklace by Yosca has a playful yet elegant feel with its tiny crystals and silver pearl accents. Hanging from a silver metal chain, it is a piece that has presence and could stand alone without any other accessories worn with it. Or be funky and add some silver and gold skinny necklaces with a bold colored stone – either way, this necklace is pretty cool. Necklace measures at 20" in length. Price: $110.
Capriccio Laptop Bag: Although I don't travel for work, I do take my laptop with me wherever I go. Rather than holding a handbag and a laptop bag, the Capriccio Laptop Bag serves as being functional and stylish. And, it even has a back sleeve that slip over luggage handles for stress free travel. It will hold your laptop (no larger than a 15"), as well as files, magazines, books, and other personal items you may need. The interior has multiple pockets for the smaller items that need to kept safe while the exterior has two front pockets for easy and quick access. Bag dimensions: 12” h x 15 7/8” w x 5 1/4” d. Price: $250.
Lacroix Peep Toe: Even with the cold weather, you can still pull off peep toe shoes without looking silly. It took me sometime to like the look of opaque tights with open toe shoes but with the right color combination of shoes and tights, they can really look stylish - and you get more wear out of them through the year. I came across Lacroix's Peep Toe Shoes and loved the contrast whip stitching and piping against the deep plum leather. The cooper stitching will make you take notice of these beauties and add a slight funkiness. Also available in black and dark brown. Heel measurement: 3 1/4". Price: $489.
Adorneya Sea Maiden Necklace: Bring the essence and tranquility of the sea with you where ever you go by wearing the Sea Maiden Necklace by Adorneya. The bold and rich blue mother of pearl stone and olive green freshwater pearls hangs from a 16" sterling silver chain and features a toggle clasp. An elegant piece for an extremely great price. Price: $42.
Zaire Pumps: There is a classic sexiness about these pumps that I just can't ignore. I don't know if it's the peep-toe, the thick stacked heel or the extra chic design pattern of the green dot fabric, but whatever it is, it is working well. I especially like the folded flower on the toe box that you can't immediately see - or maybe I just have bad eye sight? Regardless, these could work for business or play and in any season. And what is even better, these are shoes that you will not see everyone and their mother wearing. I kinda like being different from the rest. Heel measures at 100mm. Price: 379.
Mary Kay Sweepstakes: We don't usually discuss makeup her at BST, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to promote a product that we actually use (and love!) and to promote a friend to BST. Mary Kay has great skin care products that are affordable, meaning you can afford to keep using them!
Nyovee Coco Belt: The Coco Belt by Nyovee is deceptively stylish. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the beautifully designed silvered brass embellsishments, but within those is stingray and Czech glass stones to add some exotic funkiness. A welcomed unexpected touch. This is a bold piece that could add some chic and fun to your attire. Belt measurement: 1 3/4" wide. Price: $220.
HH Tokyo Clutch: This Hayden Harnett Clutch is a great bag for nights out! I so love clutches that allow you to rest your hands by having a shoulder strap that can easily be tucked away. And it is spacious enough that you can actually carry regular sized items with you. It also features a brushed gold finish chain strap to add a little shine for your night and two interior front pockets for your phone and iPod. Seen here in chestnut, it is also available in black and lavender. Bag Dimensions: size: 12 1/2"L x 5-3/4"H x 2"D. Price: $238.
Etro Belt: Etro is a brand that is unapologetically themselves - they have such a unique style that you can instantly tell it is Etro. And their western style belt is no different. The laser cut leather belt is accented with metallic yellow/gold threading and shiny silver metal studs that only adds to its distinguishable personal charm. And the Pegasus featured on the oval buckle doesn't hurt either. It is such a striking and bold belt that you either want this to be the center piece of your outfit or go wild style like Betsey Johnson. Price: $214.
Tano Leather Satchel: Fashionable and functional - the Tano Leather Satchel are one of those rare finds that you don't come across very often. There is a timeless and classic look to it that gives longevity and makes it worth the money. Although the shoulder strap is quite short, the deep circular cut allows you to wear this even with a bulky winter coat. And the exterior zippered pockets and snap compartments allow for less "fishing in the bag" time for keys. The interior features a zippered pocket and compartment and has a snap for easy closure. Bag dimensions: 16" X 13" X 2". Price: $210.
Charles David Butane Boots: I love tall boots because of their versatility. You could add some vampiness - is that a word? - by pairing them with a skirt or shorts, or tone it down by wearing pants, my favorite right now - wide leg trousers. Either way, they are always fashionable. Highlighted here are Charles David's Butane Boots which are made of leather and feature multiple buckles and a 4" stiletto heel. Most likely these would be best for strutting your stuff and endless hours of sitting. Price: $445.
Bonnin Designs Flower Earrings: With the leaves falling and days becoming more and more grey, carry the sunny and cheerful thoughts of Spring with you by wearing these Wired Flower Earrings by Bonnin Designs. They are simply cute, come in an array of colors and semi precious stones (coral, garnet, back onyx to name a few) and they are at an affordable price. A great potential holiday gift. Price: $29.
Rose Flash Tricollet Scarf: I have a admiration for scarves (the techniques, the workmanship and the time it takes !) and so much so that I began to knit a few years ago and really love it! Since learning the various techniques my love for scarves has only intensified. The handmade Tricollet scarf is made of soft comforting wool and features a unique twist separating itself from typical scarves. I love that this will hug your neck and the two cute pink buttons are adorable. Seen here in teal, it is also available in creme & pink and creme & blue. Price: $50.
J Lo Denice: I've got a love/hate relationship with J Lo's fashion line. I so admire how hard she works to get her various business ventures off the ground - clothing, music, restaurant, etc. Unfortunately, the quality of her clothing line is not always up to par. I realize that this is the "more affordable line", however, I would think you could still have quality and a bit more style. Of the shoes that I have perused through, I really like the Denise Slides. They are bold in color, yet with a more unassuming outfit, these would be perfect. The woven leather always enriches the look of any accessory. A great buy! Heel measures at 3 3/4". Price $75.
Susan Nichole Back Pack: Back packs have not been my thing for quite sometime. I don't even use them when I travel. Fashionably speaking, they just don't do it for me. But I recently came across Susan Nichole's Back Pack and began to change my mind. Whether you are into the western look or not, this is an accessory that is functional and stylish. It's made of faux leather and is detailed with rhinestones to add some panache. It features two exterior and three interior pockets. Bag Dimensions: 14 1/2"h x 12 1/2"w x 3"d. Price: $67.
Spipo Brassee Mess Ring: Who knew the messy look could look so good? There is a haphazard yet skillful way that the Brassee Mess Ring by Spipo Designs was constructed that you know if you tried to do this yourself - it would not work out as well. The design reminds me of the rings around saturn - it is saturn right? Anyway, I love the carefree spirit and unique creativity that it exudes. And all for a very reasonable price! Although it is made to fit a size 7, it can be adjusted to your personal size. Price: $32.
Marc Jacobs Perforated Boot: These are one of the few outrageously styled boots that I have seen and would actually wear. The upturned toe definitely has the leprechaun feel going on - a trend that seems to be taking off - but I can deal with it on these MJ Boots. I especially like the perforated touch through out the boot. It's an easy and well hidden accent that doesn't take away from the high style trendy-elegance. You usually see perforation in casual footwear and thankfully it worked for these. The gathering at the top allows them to be worn with your jeans tucked in, a skirt or with wide leg pants. Heel measures at 4.5". Price: $1,250.
Vivienne Westwood Coin Purse: For me, it is hard to buy a coin purse because I don't carry cash with me, just my bank card (bad habit). Coin purses tend to be too small for functional use, but I like them and have been trying to force myself to use them more. Especially for a quick run out or when you don't feel like carrying much with you - they are great! I found this one by Vivienne Westwood and immediately fell in love with the tartan print. A great piece that you could throw in your bag or use by itself! Bag Dimensions: 6"W x 5"H x 1/2"D.
Black & Brown London Belt: I love accessories that are eye-catching and have the ability to liven up an outfit without seeming overdone. But you certainly get your money's worth when you purchase an accessory that is able to balance trendy with classic style. Black & Brown London's wide belt is a perfect example of this. Made to hang low around the hips, the perforation is a simple yet bold accent while the brass ring adds a little shine to the overall look. Width is 3.25". Price: $139.
Skagen Watch: I can't tell if this is a men's or women's watch - either way - I like the minimalist design. Skagen's watch has a clean and sleek design that is fitting for both casual and dressier days. Made of stainless steel, having both a silver and gold tone allows for versatility to wear with any piece of jewelry - no more changing watches! The overall style and elegance calls for a much higher price point but thankfully it is very affordable and long lasting. Price: $125.
Chinese Laundry Clutch: As much as I love huge bags, I also love clutches, especially those with a kiss-lock or some other cool closure. It must due to my bi-polar traits. The Patchwork Frame Clutch by Chinese Laundry is made of faux leather, the patchwork pattern gives a handmade and uniqueness to it. The color combination will add a splash of color to an outfit without being oppressive to the rest of the outfit. It features a zipper and one open flap pocket as well as an antiqued chain strap for when you don't feel like carrying it around. Bag Dimensions: 11"l x 1"w x 5"h. Price: $45.
Max Studio Juniper Boot: How is it that some boots give off such sex appeal while still maintaining a great sense of style? Max Studio's Juniper Boot is made of croc embossed leather and suede. Some may say the croc is over done, and perhaps I could be ok without it on the heel, but all in all - I love it! The buckles are subtle accent pieces that only add to the sex appeal. Since these have such a strong presence, maintain it's boldness by wearing them minimally. This is definitely not your everyday boot. Heel measurement: 3 1/4", 1/2" platform 14" shaft, and 12" circumference. Price: $299.
Lorelei Lucia Eelskin Clutch: Who knew eel could look so pretty?! It sort of has a patent leather look to it, but I am sure that thought would quickly vanish after I've used this beauty by Lorelei Lucia a few times. It has an alluring sexiness that would certainly a sense of elegance. I love accessories where you cannot initially tell how expensive or inexpensive it is. It brings mystery and character to your attire. The interior is lined with bright colors to offset the simplicity of the exterior. Also available in salmon pink, wine and midnight blue. Bag dimensions: 13"w x 5.5"h x 1.5"d. Price: $225.
Nixon Vega Watch: I am sure that I am late with coming across the gorgeous Nixon Watches - but better late than never! I first came across these in Japan and fell in love with its classic, timeless and elegantly styled look. Shown here is the Vega, which is trendier and has a more care free spirit compared to their other watches. The band is made of polycarbonate with stretch and comes in an array of great colors. A great holiday gift if you don't want to spend too much money, but also not look as though you are being cheap. Price: $60.
Hayden Harnett Mercer Case: I really should take care of my glasses. I usually throw them in my bag and they get scratched up. Every time I buy a new pair, I promise myself I will be better, but I never really follow through. But, the Mercer Sunglass Case by Hayden Harnett would be perfect for me and all of the other sunglass bandits out there. Made of leather with fun grommet detailing, these cool cases are available in a multitude of colors. Another excuse to buy yet another accessory! The case fits small and the fashionable trendy over size glasses too. Case dimensions: 7-1/4"H x 3-3/4"L x 1/2"D. Price: $78.
Miz Mooz Broadway Boot: The Broadway Boot is like several different styles in one. Initially it may seem as though there is a lot going on with the ruche leather on the sides and at the toe box, and multiple leather covered buckles - but it is the right amount of decorativeness. I love the wedge look and it's great to be able to carry it over to the fall and winter season. The wrapped wedge heel measures at 3" and it features a rubber sole for added comfort and flexibility while you walk the streets to do more shopping! Also available in black. Price: $179.
Wabags Diva Belt: A belt with a funky and cool appeal, the low waist diva belt easily catches your eye with its extra large and decorative buckle. It is made of tooled leather and features rivets throughout. A unique accent piece to an otherwise ordinary and casual outfit. Price: $38.
Garland White Stripe Necklace: Minimalist in its design, Garland's Necklace has presence due to the black and white stripe agate disc. The black round obsidian beads make the core of the necklace and measures at 16 1/2" long. It would be paired nicely with a crisp and fitted button down shirt (my favorite shirt) or it would be just as lovely with a long sleeve boat neck shirt. Or have more fun with color and texture by pairing it with a thin gold or silver necklace. Price: $37.
Faryl Robin Beth Flat: My husband constantly tells me that flats are no good and all women should wear heels or just go all the way casual with a pair of cool sneakers. Being that he doesn't wear heels, he has no idea of the pain. Hence, I still wear flats! Since the fall season is here to stay, I have been searching for flats that are more suitable for the weather. I came across the Beth Flat by Faryl Robin. They are simple in its design but the red suede and crisscross snake skin pattern adds a touch of charisma and charm. They have a small wedge heel to give you some height while remaining comfortable. Price: $98.
